These two photos were found on http://www.devolutiondesigns.co.uk/devolution_gallery.html. i like the designs withing these two posters because its very broken, and interesting to look at. i think these would look very effective on the front of a drum&Bass magazine, to represent the crazy fun and disillusion found within the music scene.
The black and white one uses the black shadow of the building well. it appears plain but as you look further then the details spring out.
The other photo can be seen in different ways. at first glance you just see the buildings then as you look again you can see the intricate designs.
It's an interesting concept... it would certainly work with a drum & bass magazine. I would count this as the half-term homework and now create a new post regarding your audience profile - age, occupation (student / young professionals etc), music interests (other genres) etc. Look back to your questionnaire results for this.
